The Ladies of Elegance are proud sponsors of the VISIONS OUTREACH FOUNDATION. We support and help provide services for this program. It is filled with various programs including Youth Empowerment, Life Skills, Financial Litererary, Reading Instruction, Job Search Skills, Health Awareness, Computer Literacy and Training, and Recreational and Summer Programs.
